ALICE, the white rabbit and the Queen of Hearts will take to the stage of a Worcestershire school later this month.
Pupils from the Chantry High School, in Martley, near Worcester, are preparing to perform Alice, a play inspired by the much-loved books by Lewis Carroll.
Drama teacher Sue Rickman is directing the show, which stars 45 pupils from years eight to 11.
"We wanted a show with as many parts as possible so everyone could be involved," she said.
"We've taken parts from Alice In Wonderland and Alice Through the Looking Glass and merged them together."
The school has previously performed the Tempest by William Shakespeare and Much Ado About Clubbing, a one-act comedy.
For tickets to see Alice, staged at the school from Wednesday, April 23, to Friday, April 25, call the box office on 01886 887100.
