WORK is continuing at the former Primo Restaurant in Worcester.
The former Primo venue received planning permission for a garden roof terrace, overlooking Worcester Cathedral.
The former restaurant has been empty for around two-and-a-half years.
The picture shows the scaffolding surrounding the exterior of the building where the roof terrace is being constructed.

A Worcester News reporter visited the site in June, to see the work being carried out on the interior of the building.
One wall next to the stairs was stripped back to bricks, and the flooring has been removed.
We reported back in February that Worcester City Council’s planning committee approved the roof terrace being extended.
The terrace was from around 12 square metres to 111 square metres, but with an 11pm curfew and a ban on music being played outside.
The work was approved by Worcester City Council in 2014, which would see a new side extension built at the former restaurant on the corner of Sidbury and City Walls Road in Worcester.
The work being carried out was also set to include creating a larger garden by getting rid of staff car parking spaces and relocating a toilet block.

Peter Burgoyne, owner of the venue, declined to comment on the works at this moment in time.
