A NEW immersive Christmas attraction is coming to one of the biggest winter events in Worcestershire.

Winter Glow, at the three Counties Showground, has announced the new immersive Personalised Santa Experiences set to feature at this year's event.

Winter Glow is a multi-attraction Christmas event, set in a 2,000m² winter village, with festive family activities.

The new grotto adventure begins when families receive a personalised invitation in the post from Father Christmas himself, inviting them to the North Pole to visit him and his Elves.

When arriving at the winter village, families will be greeted by Santa’s Head Elf, Jingle, who will give them challenges to complete before they meet Santa.

On arrival at the workshop, visitors will once again be greeted by the elves and will be called one by one for their special appointment to meet Santa in his grotto.

Santa will ask the children personalised questions about their hobbies, achievements and favourite moments of 2022, before being presented with a special gift and an official certificate to confirm their place on the Nice List.

After their visit, children will be invited to Mrs Claus’ Bakery where each child will decorate their own Christmas biscuit, before heading back into the Winter Village through the Old Sweet Shoppe and North Pole Letter Box.

There will be a selection of festive street performers along the way as well.

Along the Personalised Santa Experience, visitors can also take part in a newly themed Light Trail ‘A Christmas Odyssey’, ride a 120ft observation wheel, skate on the indoor ice rink and browse Winter Glow’s Christmas market.

The Christmas market will feature a selection of local traders, crafters and artisans, as well as a food quarter, cafe and a Bavarian-style bar.

This year's Winter Glow event will be launching on November, 25 and running until December 24 2022.
