A WORCESTER man has been fined for driving in Worcester without a licence and third-party insurance.
Olavo Manuel, 21, drove a BMW 3 Series on City Walls Road, in Worcester, without a licence that authorised him to drive a vehicle of that class on February 13 2022.
Manuel, of Foregate Street, Worcester, also did not have third-party insurance which allowed him to drive the car.
He pleaded guilty to both charges in a single justice procedure at Worcester Magistrates' Court on September 9 2022.
