A WORCESTER man allegedly drove a car without a licence and without third-party insurance.
Olavo Manuel, 21, allegedly drove a BMW 3 Series on City Walls Road, in Worcester, without a licence that authorised him to drive a vehicle of that class on February 13 2022.
Manuel, of Foregate Street, Worcester, also allegedly did not have third-party insurance which allowed him to drive the car.
It’s illegal to drive a vehicle on a road or in a public place without at least 3rd party insurance.
He is due to appear at Worcestershire Magistrates' Court on Friday, September 9.
