A WORCESTER man was accused of speeding on the M5 near Worcester.
Usman Khan, 36, is charged with driving a BMW 3 Series on the M5 at a speed exceeding 50mph between junctions 5 and 4a on February 9 2022.
The road has variable speed limits in place between junctions 4a to 6.
Khan, of Brantwood, Worcester, is due to appear at Worcestershire Magistrates' Court on Friday, September 9.
According to Gov.uk, the minimum penalty for speeding is a £100 fine and three penalty points added to your licence.
