As previously reported, the officer had arrived at her home on January 17 at around 11.25am after police received a report the 32-year-old defendant had assaulted a woman.
Jeynes claimed the woman had stolen property from her room. PC Garth, who gave evidence from the witness box, said he arrived to find the defendant throwing the woman's property out of the house.
PC Garth's body-worn video footage from the incident was played to a jury at her ongoing trial at Worcester Crown Court on Tuesday.
We have previously reported how the officer attempted to apply handcuffs after Jeynes told him to leave the house.
During the ensuing struggle, the officer said he was kicked in the groin several times and Jeynes made a gouging motion towards his face.
At one stage Jeynes also had a 'wooden baton' in her hand (which the defence said was the spindle from a fragile bannister).
Jeynes said she did not swing the 'baton' at the officer and he accepted this in his evidence.
PC Garth, who is 6ft 6ins, accepted punching the 5ft 1ins defendant in the face, causing her head to strike a clothes airer but told a jury he did so without using full force.
In the video Jeynes can be heard saying the woman she was reported for assaulting had been 'financially abusing me for the time I have known her,' and had 'been in my bedroom stealing my things'.
Jeynes tells the officer she 'kicked her out in her dressing gown'.
The defendant could be heard saying it was 'domestic violence' and 'domestic abuse' but PC Garth challenged this as the two women were not in a relationship.
"I have asked a question and you have sworn at me," PC Garth says to her.
When he asks what has been stolen Jeynes says 'none of your business to be honest'. At one stage she says: "I would like you to leave my house now."
At this point, the officer tells her he is arresting her on suspicion of assault and attempts to handcuff her.
During the struggle she can be heard to swear and shout, saying: "Are you kidding me?"
Jeynes also tells the officer she has had recent breast surgery and shouts 'get off me!' and 'leave me alone!'
She can be heard using an offensive term and calls him 'scum'.
"You hit me in the face!" she says to PC Garth.
Video footage recorded on a mobile phone was also played in which Jeynes could be heard saying: "You're scaring my dog!"
One female witness can be heard saying: "Don't hit her like that mate!"
The trial continues.
