A 68-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of firing a bow and arrow in Worcester.
West Mercia Police said they went to a home in the city after reports a man was firing a bow and arrow.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: "Shortly before 3pm yesterday (Tuesday) we were called to an address in Edgworth Close, Worcester where it was reported that a man was firing a bow and arrow.
"On police arrival, a 68-year-old man presented himself to officers and was arrested and taken into custody.
"No one was injured during the incident."

The man has since been released by police with no further action taken.
A resident in the area captured a picture of police on Astwood Road on Tuesday afternoon.
A resident took these pictures showing a police car and two officers parked on Astwood Road, at the roundabout adjacent to The New Chequers pub.
He claims that the road was sealed off for an hour and there were numerous armed police vehicles heading towards Brickfields Road.
