THE people of Pershore will have the chance to air their views about the issues facing the town at a forthcoming area forum.
At the meeting, Jon Fraser, Worcestershire county council's community and response manager, will give an update on the High Street work and answer questions about 20mph speed limits, no waiting orders, the pattern of road maintenance, drainage and flooding.
Councillor Adrian Hardman, the council's cabinet member for finance, will give a presentation about the forthcoming financial year and Jane Orme, the council's waste challenge manager, will talk about the benefits of composting.
The meeting, arranged by the county council, will start at 7pm at Pershore Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive on Thursday and residents will also be asked to share their views during an open forum session.
The council's area co-ordinator, Maggie Bryan, said: "The forthcoming forum is a great opportunity for Pershore residents to share their views with us and keep up-to-date with the developments taking place in their town."
