AN AUDI driver has been charged after being caught over the legal breath limit without insurance on the M5.
West Mercia Police have charged Luke Archer, 31, of Ash Road, Wednesbury, with drink driving and driving without valid insurance.
Archer was bailed to appear at Worcester Magistrates' Court on September 22.
The Operations Patrol Unit for West Mercia Police tweeted that Archer blew a 52 on a breath test and also had no licence on him at the time of the arrest.

According to Drink Aware, in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, the drink-driving alcohol limit for drivers is 35 micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath.
