A FUN run, bike ride and team bowling are all on the agenda for staff at Worcester financial experts Rabjohns LLP, which has launched a fund-raising campaign for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The practice, in College Yard next to Worcester Cathedral, has planned a fun and exciting programme of fund-raising events stretching throughout the year.
The varied agenda includes a bring a phone to work' day, an auction of promises, the world's biggest coffee morning, a Wyre Forest night walk, a team bowling day at Bowl Extreme and even a Christmas reindeer dust' sale.
Staff will also don their running shoes to take part in the Birmingham Fun Run in April, host their very own Walk Wonders For Macmillan walking event in May and take to the saddle for the Macmillan bike ride through the Teme Valley in June.
Rabjohns chairman Ian Smith said: "We're going to be very busy this year, but the events will be good fun, and above all, should raise valuable funds for charity.
"Macmillan does such fantastic work, supporting thousands of cancer sufferers and their families each year.
"Cancer can affect absolutely anyone, and you never know if you will need to call on Macmillan's valuable support.
"That's why we want to raise as much as possible to ensure that this wonderful charity can continue to help many more thousands of people in the future."
Rabjohns has always placed charity fund-raising high on its list of priorities. In the last six months alone, it has sponsored the Rabjohns Trophy, a golf day for the Prince's Trust, the St Richard's Hospice Christmas Lights of Love appeal and has even shut the office for a day so the entire workforce could go volunteering for St Richard's Hospice and the Duckworth Worcestershire Trust.
Rabjohns specialises in audit and accounting services, corporate finance, strategic planning, business tax as well as private client services.
