A MAN has been fined more than £800 for speeding in a BMW.
Terrence Chatwin, 67, drove at a speed of 52mph on the 30mph signposted, A43 Main Road, Collyweston, Northampton, on January 29 2022.
Chatwin, of St Peters Close, Pirton, near Pershore, had his verdict proven in a single justice procedure at Northampton Magistrates' Court.
He was fined £660 and was made to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66.
Chatwin was also made to pay costs of £90 and his driving record was endorsed with six points.
He has until September 13 2022 to pay the total balance of £816.
