Yesterday, the patience of police and the courts finally ran out as the 17-year-old was made subject to a two-year criminal behaviour order (CBO).
The order was made at Worcester Magistrates Court in a bid to curb his offending and give the public a break from his offending.
The CBO places a number of restrictions on Biddle. By the terms of the CBO he is prohibited from:
- Contacting the police unless there is a genuine emergency. This includes via phone or social media.
- Engaging in behaviour that is threatening or abusive to any person
- Associating within a distance of 10 metres in any public place with two named individuals
- Refusing to leave a premises, or area forming part of a premises, when asked by someone who has authority to do so
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "The CBO was applied for following numerous incidents of anti-social behaviour over the past 12 months where Biddle has caused numerous problems in the city centre of Worcester and surrounding areas.
"In particular he has caused disruption, been rude and aggressive towards customers and staff at McDonalds in The Foregate. He has behaved in a threatening and intimidating manner to members of the public, he has caused annoyance and disruption at the Co-op in Gresham Rd and used foul and abusive language towards others causing significant alarm and distress."
