GIRLS can get glammed up for a night out on the town and raise funds for charity.
Worcester's first midnight walk will take place this summer in aid of St Richard's Hospice It is hoped thousands of women, young and old, will grab their trainers and dress up for the sponsored event on Saturday, July 5.
Starting at midnight from County Hall, Spetchley, walkers will stride out along a 10-mile circular route under a moonlit sky.
Fund-raising manager Tricia Cavell said: "This is all set to be a truly memorable event and a great girls' night out.
"The atmosphere should be incredible with all these women gathered together to have fun in the moonlight and raise cash for the hospice."
Men are invited to get involved too, helping as marshals or with registration.
The event is being sponsored by Hewett Recruitment of Worcester and Kidderminster.
For a registration form for the event call the fund-raising department on 01905 763963 or download the leaflet from the events section of www.strichards.org.uk.
Registration costs £10.
