THE case against England football star Jude Bellingham has been adjourned.
The 19 year-old, of Bromsgrove, was due to appear in court in Birmingham to face charges of driving while not in a position to control the vehicle, and failure to pass on information relating to a driving offence.
Bellingham, who plays for Borussia Dortmund in Germany, was not present at Birmingham Magistrates Court for his hearing on August 10 and the first charge was dismissed with no evidence offered.
No plea was entered for either charge and the case was adjourned until October 31 this year at Birmingham Magistrates Court for trial.
Both offences were alleged to have happened in Birmingham in March and April this year and Bellingham was not present.
