AN independent school in Worcester opened its doors to crowds of visitors.
The River School in Droitwich Road yesterday welcomed 20 to 30 people to its open day, which included an opportunity to meet headteacher Timothy Crow, take a tour of the school and enjoy refreshments.
Spokesman Purvi Wood said: "It was a huge success. We had lots of people come along. Some were new to the area and wanted to take the opportunity to have a look, and others had already been considering sending their children here."
The school, which was set up in 1985, is an independent Christian school for boys and girls from nursery age to 16.
