The mother of the child has urged anyone who witnessed the attack to come forward and assist West Mercia Police with enquiries.
In a typed letter to residents, the mum wrote: "My 14-year-old daughter was attacked on Sunday evening.
"This attack included having her head stamped on and being kicked to the head several times. She was taken to hospital in an ambulance."
The letter, which leaves the mum's phone number, urges anyone who witnessed the attack to call police.
However, she did not want to speak to the Worcester News at this stage of what remains an ongoing police investigation.
One resident, who was visibly upset in recounting what she saw, said: "It was so distressing."
She explained that she had already given a statement to police.
One resident said her dad saw what happened.
"The girl was on the floor crying. Her best friend was shocked and an ambulance came," she said.
Another resident said she had seen three teenage boys wearing black pass the house just before the incident which happened near the garages at the far end of Hillside Close.
"We didn't see hear anything. We just saw the ambulance.
"We saw the three lads go down but we don't know if they had anything to do with it.
"Our neighbour saw the young girl. She was stood by the ambulance with her.
"She says the girl was attacked. It's never happened here before. They're not from around here.
"We were quite shocked when we heard about it. We don't tend to have incidents like that up here though there have been one or two incidents up in the woods."
