PUPILS at St Joseph's Catholic Primary School and nursery, Droitwich, have recorded their own CD following an X-Factor-style competition.
The competition was organised by James Roberts, who said an overwhelming number of children auditioned to take part.
The four judges managed to select 12 finalists to perform on stage back in December 2007.
After giving the performance of their lives the winning act, Take This - made up of Suleyman Shah, aged nine, Aiden Gregory, aged 10, Lewis Duffy, aged nine, and Conor Harding, aged nine - won the competition. Their prize saw them going to Droitwich Spa High School's recording studio where they recorded their own CD.
"It's great to see the children having the opportunity to use their talents in this way," Mr Roberts said.
"The children always look forward to our yearly competition and every year they get better and better."
