A CHILDREN'S play centre is being set up in the premises of a former Worcester gym, which suddenly closed.

The indoor play centre is being established by Alan Silsby and Sue Wray, and will open on Friday, March 14.
Mrs Wray said: "We live in Droitwich and have been searching for a suitable premises to set up in for four years. We became aware that this premises was available and it seemed perfect."
The couple are currently in the process of making the necessary alterations to the building to transform it from a gym into a play centre.
"We will be open for family days out and children's parties and hope people will come along and see what we have to offer," Mrs Wray added.
Life of Leisure closed suddenly in July last year, leaving hundreds of customers in the lurch. The building has remained empty since then.
