ECLECTIC acoustic blues courtesy of Mumbo Jumbo, pictured right, comes to Worcester this weekend.
The unplugged outfit, performing at the Marr's Bar on Sunday, boasts an enviable line-up of top Midlands' musicians. The performers - Oliver Carpenter, Chris Gibbons, Chris Lomas, Graham Toone - have more than 100 years' experience and 5,500 gigs between them. The band will be supported by David Bristow and the doors open at 8pm. Blues fans will be equally pleased to hear that Blues at the Cellar Bar returns on Tuesday, February 26, and will feature informal performances from Bob Jones, Black Cat Bone, Slidin' Steve and John Denton.
Tickets to see Mumbo Jumbo at the Marr's Bar are £4 on the door. See www.mumbo-jumbo.biz.
