MUSIC will be the food of love for an audience member at a romantic Valentine's Day concert in Worcester.
Tunes by Elgar, Dvorak, Jerome Kern and George Gershwin will be performed at the Guildhall evening performance - and there will also be the chance to win a dinner at a popular city restaurant.
Saffrons, New Street, has teamed up with the Elgar Chorale to offer vouchers for a meal as a prize in the raffle at the Guildhall.
The evening, Songs of Love for St Valentine's Day, is being co-hosted by Worcester Twinning Association and the Elgar School of Music and will also feature violin soloist Joanne Chambers.
"We are very happy and proud to be associated with the Worcester Twinning Association and to also sing in the Guildhall," said the Elgar Chorale's chairman, Tim Watson. "It's going to be a fantastic evening and what better way to spend Valentine's Day than to sit in the Guildhall at a table decorated with roses and hear wonderful music."
The event starts at 7.30pm tomorrow. Tickets cost £8.50 and are available on 01905 611427 or on the door.
