TARANTULAS, toads, lizards and Madagascan hissing cockroaches will be on display at Evesham public hall this Valentine's day.
The event, organised by Wychavon District Council and run by Animal Antics, will allow children to hold the exotic creatures, along with giant African millipedes, snakes and birds of prey.
The event takes place on Thursday, February 14 between 11am and 2pm, where drawing and colouring competitions will also be held.
Tickets, available on the door, cost £3 per child. All under-eights must be accompanied by an adult.
