A Droitwich leisure centre has been given a quality award after a survey of 400 customers found they were happy with the service.
Droitwich Spa Leisure Centre was given the award from the National Benchmarking Service.
Customers said the centre, which is supported by Wychavon District Council, had friendly efficient staff, good quality equipment and was clean.
The centre's manager, Tim Kirkham, was presented with a certificate last month.
He said: "We have all worked hard to achieve this success and are really pleased that our customers must think the same."
The NBS helps local authorities to report and evaluate the performance of their leisure centres accurately.
Tim Deakin, the council development manager, said: "We're pleased to have independent conformation that our partnership with Wychavon Leisure so successfully services the community in Droitwich."
