Around five officers were involved in the incident and, at one stage, four of them were struggling with a male opposite the railway station.
Officers could be heard saying 'get down on the floor now!' as they struggled with a man against a wall. A lone voice could be heard shouting 'that's illegal!'
A shaven-headed officer could be heard shouting 'get back!' to another male and 'stay away, officers are trying to arrest him!' as revellers made their way along the busy street after enjoying a night out.
A male could be seen on the ground, surrounded by officers.
Meanwhile, a standing male said 'don't push me!' to which an officer replied 'stay back then, stay back!'
