TWO men are in custody after being arrested following a break-in at a Worcester antiques shop.
Bygones Antiques in Deansway was broken in to at about 4.24am today. A window was smashed and a number of items were taken.
Police were called and following a search of the area, using police dogs, two men were located and arrested. Items, including earrings, a carriage clock and a Victorian pendent, were recovered in the grounds of Worcester Cathedral shortly afterwards.
A spokesman at the shop said the offenders were spotted on CCTV helping themself to items out of the window display.
A police spokesman said: "The two men are currently in custody awaiting questioning. If anyone has any information about this incident they should contact police immediately on 08457 444888, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111."
