TABLEWARE designed by top designer Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen has been launched.
Mr Llewelyn-Bowen formed a partnership with Royal Worcester Porcelain three years ago. His Lavish mugs, made the headlines when they were launched in the spring of 2006, Lavish Giftware followed in 2007 and 2008 sees the biggest launch yet - Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen Lavish Tableware.
A spokesman said: "As you would expect from Laurence, his trademark outstanding patterns are yet again echoed in his new flamboyant tableware."
Mr Llewelyn-Bowen added: "Every corner of one's life should be a celebration of design and pattern. Just because something is for every day, like a mug, plate or bowl, doesn't mean it should be overlooked or under embellished."
The Lavish Tableware is a very distinctive design, drawn from his original drawings. The Flirtation' design has already established a reputation as it is inspired by one of the most popular designs in Laurence's Lavish Mug Collection, Arabesque.
The Lavish tableware collection is available from April in stores in Worcester and across the country.
Mr Llewelyn-Bowen said: "When Royal Worcester saw my sketchbooks, they were convinced that the decorative trifles that filled them could be a stunning collection."
