A WORCESTER man has been fined after being caught speeding on a busy county road.
Craig Burgess,59, drove a KIA at a speed above 50mph on the A449 heading southbound between Crossway Green and Ombersley on November 3 2021.
Burgess, of Meadow Road, Worcester, pleaded guilty in a single justice procedure at Worcester Magistrates' Court on May 26 and was issued with fines on Wednesday, July 6.
He was fined £153 and was made to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.
Burgess was also made to pay costs of £110.
He has until August 3 to pay the total costs, which amount to £297.
