A YOUTH has appeared in court after allegedly shooting a teenager in the face with a ball bearing gun.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, appeared before magistrates at Worcester today.
The alleged incident happened on Wednesday, January 30, at the McDonald's drive-through in Roman Way, Malvern, and involved a gun being fired twice from the window of a moving car.
A 14-year-old was injured during the incident.
The youth has yet to enter pleas to the charges he faces - GBH with intent, possession of a firearm and possession of cannabis.
Magistrates adjourned the case until Wednesday, February 13 and refused bail.
