A POPULAR takeaway on Midland Road has set an opening date for its brand new sit-down diner in Worcester.
Beef and Bird is set to open a restaurant on Silver Street where the former dessert diner Swirly Joe's used to be.
The new restaurant will offer diners the same food its takeaway gained popularity for as well as a dining experience.
Beef and Bird will open its doors on Wednesday (June 22) with a quirky jungle theme.
Yasin Ahmed, 33, owner of Beef and Bird says the new restaurant is set to employ five full-time staff members and four part-time staff members.
