Hold Back the River singer James Bay will be performing at flood-prone Worcester Racecourse.
The BRIT Award-winning singer/songwriter will take to the stage after a day of racing on Saturday (June 11).
Bay is perhaps best known for his multi-million selling single ‘Hold Back The River’, the irony of which will not be lost on the flood-prone Pitchcroft venue.
Following a triad of storms earlier this year, Worcester Racecourse was left submerged in water for weeks.
Environment Agency rescue teams were called in to save fish which had been swept away from the River Severn.

Bay is also known for his hit song Let It Go’ as well as his top five albums Chaos and the Calm and Electric Light.
The show will also offer audiences a first chance to hear songs from his upcoming album ‘Leap’, released next month.
