CONCERNED colleagues have put out a plea to find their missing co-worker who they describe as a 'good man'. 

Andrew Haldane, 45, was reported missing on Tuesday morning (June 7) and was last seen driving a silver Ford Focus Estate. 

His colleagues from Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham have grown concerned about their missing co-worker and are asking members of the public to come forward if they have any information. 

Dr Nick Crombie, who works with Mr Haldane, said: "North Worcestershire and surrounds - this is Andy - he is a colleague, a friend and a good man. He never came home from work on Monday and he, and his silver Focus estate are missing. Help us find him. Please."

 

West Merica Police has been searching for the Ford Focus Estate and a spokesperson said: "Update: Andrew is driving a silver Ford Focus Estate, which officers are keen to locate.

"Have you seen Andrew Haldane from Worcester?

"Andrew was reported missing this morning (Tuesday, June 7) when he failed to return home from work.

"The 45-year-old was last seen leaving his place of work, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, at around 5pm yesterday (Monday, June 6).

"Andrew is described as 6ft 5 and of a slim build, with a bald head and wears glasses.

"It is believed he could be in the Ombersley area of Worcester.

"Officers are growing increasingly concerned for Andrew's welfare and urge anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to call 999 immediately."
