A man has died following an incident at Worcester Woods Country Park.
Police were called to the park at about 8am today (Wednesday, June 8) following concerns for the safety of a man in the water.
Officers attended alongside West Midlands Ambulance Service. The Midlands Air Ambulance was also spotted at the park.

The man was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said parts of the wooded area at the park may be closed for some time today as officers remain at the scene to carry out enquiries to establish the circumstances of the incident.
