A SCHOOL in Pershore was transformed into a rock concert venue for a special gig.
Each term pupils at Abbey Park Middle School blast out loud music to entertain their peers.
A spokesman at the school said: "Drumming teacher Tony Liddington works with more than 30 pupils each week culminating in opportunities being given for pupils to perform to their peers. The music and their talents are appreciated by the school audience and their self-esteem and confidence rockets."
The drummers included Cameron Docker, Luke Lambert, Josh Faulkner, Jamie Halliday, Sam Goddard, Gareth Roberts with a surprise entry of deputy headteacher Nikki Sage, who said: "You would not believe how difficult drumming is."
