A POTENTIAL tragedy was averted today when a man was rescued after getting stuck on a disused railway line in Worcester.
Officers from the British Transport Police were called, working alongside local West Mercia officers from the Safer Neighbourhood Team and firefighters, to rescue a male stuck on the disused railway lines in Worcester.
