Ratings are judged on a scale of 0 (meaning ‘urgent improvement is necessary’) to 5 (meaning ‘very good’) and are given out by Worcestershire Regulatory Services inspectors.

No ratings are given for Wing Lee Takeaway of Derwent Close, or Golden Sun Chinese Takeaway of Astwood Road, but there is a note on the Food Standard Agency's website saying both were recently inspected with a "new rating to be published soon".
No Chinese takeaway in the city has the lowest rating, zero stars.
If managers disagree with a rating, or believe their business has been upgraded since receiving the rating listed on the FSA website, food.gov.uk, they should contact the FSA directly.
Each food business must display their FSA information on their venue and online.
