The relocation of a popular Vale wildlife park has been confirmed.
All Things Wild will leave Honeybourne, moving to a new site near Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire.
The move enables the family-run attraction to expand and improve its habitats and boost its conservation work as well as protect all the existing jobs.
The move will also create 50 new jobs.
Rebecca Harris, manager of All Things Wild, said: “This is a hugely exciting opportunity for us to improve our provision for our animals, and for our staff and visitors.
“We have grown steadily since opening in 2012 and have just celebrated our 10th anniversary.
“We are ambitious about what we can achieve in the future with our multimillion-pound project, which will draw on support from our funding partners and will see our park grow from 30 acres to 80 acres.”

Mrs Harris added: “We’re determined to build on our conservation and education work and to become one of the UK’s leading wildlife and conservation experiences.
“Our new site is near our current operation as we have a local customer base who have been very supportive of our plans to move, and who we look forward to welcoming to the new and improved All Things Wild in years to come”.
The plans for the new park include six geographical zones that will introduce visitors to wildlife, habitats and conservation stories from different regions around the world.
Each zone will also feature “interactive play-based learning and immersive technologies”.
The extra space will enable All Things Wild to develop larger, more naturalistic enclosures for the animals as well as allowing the park to introduce new species.
Meanwhile, the addition of “safari-style” camping tents will make it possible to stay overnight within the park.
The Step Through Time dinosaur exhibit will also follow the move, with plans to improve and expand the exhibit.
A planning application for the development has now been submitted and the move is planned to begin in 2023.
The relocation and expansion will be carried out in phases with an opening date due to be announced later this year.
