A PORSCHE driver has been given a hefty fine and penalty points after being caught driving without insurance.
Jaro Warya, of Astwood Road, was hit with the fine after the case was heard by Hereford magistrates.
The court heard the 38-year-old had driven a Porsche Cayenne on City Walls Road on October 31 last year.
Warya was not present during the hearing as the hearing was held under the single justice procedure which allows the court to prosecute people for driving offences without them being present.
