A PEUGEOT driver from Worcester was fined for driving without an MOT or appropriate insurance.
Sorinel Marin, 27, of Avon Road, Worcester, drove a Peugeot 208 on College Street in Worcester, without third party insurance and also without a valid MOT certificate, on October 27 2021.
Both counts were proved via the single justice procedure on May 19 2022 at Hereford Magistrates' Court.
Marin was fined £660, and was forced to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66.
Marin was also forced to pay costs of £90 and had his driving record endorsed with six points.
The total costs amounted to £816, which is to be paid by June 16 2022.
