WORCESTER residents have a plethora of curry houses to enjoy - but have you ever considered where your favourites rate for food hygiene?
Ratings are judged on a scale of 0 (meaning ‘urgent improvement is necessary’) to 5 (meaning ‘very good’), and are given out by Worcestershire Regulatory Services inspectors.
We have taken a look at the current hygiene ratings for curry houses across Worcester, and put together this handy list:

No ratings are given for Montis Takeaway, Wyld's Lane, or The Himalayan, St John's, but there is a note on the Food Standard Agency's website saying both were recently inspected with a "new rating to be published soon".
No curry houses in the city have the lowest rating, zero stars.

If managers disagree with a rating, or believe their business has been upgraded since receiving the rating listed on the FSA website, food.gov.uk, they should contact the FSA directly.
Each food business must display their FSA information on their venue and online.
