A pupil at a Droitwich school has been selected to present a program on Sky.
Westacre Middle School pupil, Ava Marshall, joined the FYI Sky Team as a presenter on Thursday, May 12.
The year seven pupil appeared on the show as a presenter after FYI Sky visited Westacre to interview some of the pupils on their thoughts about Ukraine.

"As the event was at an art gallery, we chose an initial group of children based on their efforts and achievements in art lessons this year.
"After discussions with the children, we identified Ava as our selected pupil based on her confidence and enthusiasm.
"Following this, members of the FYI crew conducted a mini interview with Ava online and they were impressed with how well she came across and offered her the role."
Ava Marshall said: "Seeing all of the exhibitions was really exciting and it was fascinating to see how it was all set up.

"Working with FYI was lots of fun and I enjoyed seeing all of the equipment in action and how TV shows are made.
"I’m now looking forward to seeing the show go live on TV but am a little nervous about watching as well.
"I’m now considering being a TV presenter as a possible career but haven’t made my mind up yet."
Headteacher Donna Evans said: "We are incredibly proud of Ava for taking on the role of news presenter for FYI.
"Our school curriculum is designed around giving children opportunities to develop their communication skills and their aspirations for the future, and this opportunity certainly gave Ava the chance to do both.
"We can't wait to see the final cut of her report in a school assembly soon and hope this will inspire and motivate all of our pupils to achieve their own goals in life."
