A NEW kind of dance is literally bouncing into Worcester.
Bungee-assisted dance means performers can take off and use the entire stage area as their backdrop.
Created by Liverpool-based Wired Aerial Theatre - who perform at Worcester's Swan Theatre next week - it involves bungee-assisted dancers swinging and swooping, diving and rebounding.
The group is known around the world for its breathtaking techniques and promises audiences a truly memorable night at the theatre. Its latest production, Handmade/Manmade, is about modern lifestyles and what is real in the fast-paced lives we all get swept along in.
Critics have called the show a "physically challenging and emotionally charged dance which pulls you in by its bungee rope and leaves you hanging on for more".
Handmade/Manmade is performed at the Swan Theatre on Thursday, February 7.
