A 24-year-old-man has appeared in court charged with sexual offences against a girl, including inciting her to have sex with him.
Jason Went, of Cales Avenue, Malvern, indicated denials to four offences of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a child aged 14.
He also denied attempting to cause or incite a child aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity when he appeared before magistrates on Thursday.
The alleged conduct, laid out in the charges, includes grabbing and slapping her buttocks, grabbing her by the neck and kissing her and touching her naked thigh.
The offences are alleged to have taken place on June 4, June 5 and June 6 last year.
One of the charges - attempting to cause or incite - is indictable only and therefore could only be dealt with at the crown court.
This alleged offence is said to have taken place between June 4 and 6 last year and to have included 'sticking his tongue out in a licking fashion' and 'winking at her with a huge grin' and the making of an obscene gesture as he asked: "Are you sure you don't want to do it?"
Magistrates formally denied jurisdiction for the case.
Went, who was represented at the hearing by Judith Kenney, was granted unconditional bail to attend a further hearing at Worcester Crown Court on May 3 this year.
