A 31-year-old man has appeared in court charged with raping another man.
Jamie King of Martley Road, Worcester, did not enter pleas to an offence of rape and another of criminal damage when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester today (Thursday).
The rape is alleged to have taken place on March 7, 2020 and the criminal damage of £881 to a car in Worcester on March 15, 2020.
Because the alleged sexual offence is indictable only, magistrates could not deal with the case.
King was granted bail to attend a further hearing at Worcester Crown Court on May 3.
