POLICE in Evesham are appealing for help in their investigations into a series of thefts totalling nearly £2,000.
Officers are hoping members of the public will come forward with information on the incidents which took place over the course of last weekend.
The first theft saw a set of French doors, an orange cement mixer and a yellow generator worth a total £1,200 taken from a small construction site in Pershore Road between 4pm on Friday and 8am the following day.
Later that day more than £500 worth of damage was caused during a burglary at L.J Lawrance & Son in which £90 was taken from the bakery in High Street between 8.45pm and 8am on Sunday.
Police also want to hear from anyone with information on an incident which saw £25 worth of diesel stolen from a coach in Enterprise Way, Vale Park, between 3.15pm and 3.30pm on Saturday.
Meanwhile, a pair of vehicle number-plates with the registration GY51 GUO were also stolen from a metallic blue Citroen C5 in Buckle Street, Ullington, near Evesham, between noon on Saturday and 5pm on Sunday.
Anyone with any information on any of the incidents should call police on 08457 444888 and quote 235S/260108 for the Pershore Road theft, 213S/270108 for the High Street incident, 189S/280108 for the diesel theft, or 529S/270108 for the Ullington incident.
