A 26-year-old man is due to appear in crown court for harassment of a woman in Worcester.
Daniel O'Donnell of Park Avenue, Worcester has been placed on curfew at that address as a condition of bail until he appears at Worcester Crown Court on April 22 this year.
He faces a chare of harassment in breach of a restraining order imposed by Hereford Crown Court on April 13 last year.
The breach happened on November 26 last year at Worcester and he was convicted the following day.
O'Donnell was re-admitted to conditional bail until the crown court hearing in Worcester.
The conditions of his bail are an electronically monitored curfew between 6pm and 7am daily at Park Avenue, Worcester.
He is not to enter Columbia Drive, Lower Wick, Worcester and must live and sleep each night at Park Avenue.
O'Donnell also stands convicted of failing to comply with the community requirements of a suspended sentence order, again imposed at Hereford Crown Court on April 13 last year.
