A 65-metre long specialist vehicle that was due to be coming to Feckenham this weekend has been delayed.
The National Grid was due to be transforming a new electricity transformer to the area from its Sundon substation in Chalton, Bedfordshire to Feckenham substation on Saturday 19.
An unknown issue has meant that the delivery has been dealyed until further notice.
It comes as the Feckenham substation on Alcester Road is being upgraded and ageing equipment is to be replaced to help strengthen the electricity system in the region.
The transformer was due to be coming to Feckenham on a very large specialist vehicle, which measures 65 metres in length- roughly the equivalent of three canal boats.

Residents and businesses along the route were originally advised to avoid parking on the road while the transporter convoy passes their property.
