AN alleged sex attacker has denied four assaults and been granted bail by a Worcester court.
David Kittner appeared at Worcester Crown Court on Wednesday, March 9 where he denied four offences, all alleged sexual offences against a single complainant.
The 62-year-old pleaded not guilty to sexual assault between June 1, 2020 and October 30, 2020 which involved an allegation that he ran his hand down her lower back.
A further three counts against the same complainant were also denied involving other forms of alleged sexual touching involving his private parts and her bottom and a claim he grabbed her hand and placed it on his groin area 'on no less than four occasions'.
The wording of the charges are that 'she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe she was consenting'.
The trial was given a four day time estimate. The case was placed in a warned list which means the trial could begin the week commencing June 27 this year.
Kittner of Duxmere Drive, Ross-on-Wye was granted unconditional bail to attend that hearing.
