A BURGER shop dubbed 'the best in the UK' on TikTok will be opening a second branch.
Hanbao in Foregate Street will be opening its second branch in Birmingham after taking the city by storm.
Foodies have clamoured for a seat at the restaurant after it went viral on TikTok thanks to food and travel blogger Magda Brzdak.
And now, West Midlands foodies will get the chance to try its unique selection of burgers, frie and cocktails with a new restaurant opening soon.
Hanbao will be opening on Floodgate Street in the trendy Digbeth district of Birmingham.
The burger shop has been hit by delays caused by the pandemic after announcing plans for a West Midlands branch.
A post on Instagram in February said: "Firstly, we wanna thank y’all for ya patience…
"strange ole times, mean strange ole delays, but it is COMING.
"We’ll be releasing more info over the coming weeks, inc launch dates and how YOU can be the FIRST to test run our new restaurant.
"With the final touches being put in place, we also have a range of exciting roles we’re hiring for."
Jobs available at Hanbao in Birmingham
Hanbao Birmingham was looking for a general manager, assistant manager, head chef , sous chef and junior sous.
TikTok user Magda Brzdak shared her visit to Hanbao in Worcester with her 22,500 followers.
Over 600,000 people watched her short form video from Hanbao.
Odd Future consists of a mouth-watering combination of beef patty, American cheese, bourbon bacon jam, maple streaky bacon, fresh chilli, baconnaise sandwiched between a glazed donut bun.
It said in December: "Hanbao had wished to open its Birmingham branch in 2021 but were hit with a number of delays which has forced them to delay.
"Due to the ongoing struggles of getting absolutely anything done this year, we have been forced to push back the opening of the Birmingham site until early next year.
"Completely out of our control, and trust us when we say we were a wishin’ and hopin to launch 0121 HANBAO this side of XMAS ☹️
"HEAR YE, ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT’ETH.
"We will update our socials as soon as we have more details, so take it easy on the DM’s y’all.
Thank you for your understanding."
