YOUNG parents and pregnant teenagers can give their confidence boost with a new project.
Worcester College of Technology has launched another phase of its Feel Good' scheme, which is designed to help improve the self esteem of 15 to 19-year-old parents.
The free sessions, which include paediatric first aid, will take place at Warndon Community Centre in Shap Drive on Monday February 4, 18 , 25 February and March 3.
Other activities will include nail art, Indian head massage, craft and hand reflexology.
Calista Crosfield, project co-ordinator and student welfare officer said: "Young parents may often feel isolated from not only their peer group, but also friends and society in general.
"This project aims to offer the young parents an opportunity to be themselves, improve their esteem and their options by offering them me time'."
Participants will also spend a day at the college, where they will have a practical budget cookery session and access to employment and educational advice.
The college ran the first phase of the project at three city venues between October 2006 and April 2007.
Free childcare will be provided.
