A CHARITY pancake race will be taking place outside the Guildhall in Worcester on Shrove Tuesday.
The event, organised by the Worcester South Rotary Club, will see teams of four people competing for the Peplow Trophy.
They will be running a 60m course while tossing their pancakes outside Worcester's Guildhall on Tuesday, February 5.
David Scott, Chair of Fundraising at Worcester South Rotary Club said: "It's a really fun time, and anyone can enter with a team of four people.
Racing starts at 11am and continues until a winner is found. Teams from all around the city are entering."
The event will raise sponsorship money for the Rotary Club's chosen charities - Acorns Children's Hospice, County Air Ambulance, Maggs Day Centre and Rotary Charities.
